The C3 Students Fall Retreat is THE BEST WEEKEND of the fall!
This year, the Fall Retreat is happening October 20-22 for BOTH middle and high school students. It includes multiple large group sessions with teaching, music, games, and more. Students will also spend focused time in small groups and have a blast with amazing free time activities. The Fall Retreat is one of those weekends students will talk about for the rest of the year.
We hope all CCC students attend the Fall Retreat and invite their friends. It’s a great opportunity to invite friends because they get a glimpse into what C3 Students is all about. Plus, it saves you money! ($15 per friend)
How do I register for the Fall Retreat?

Register Early
Sign up by Sept 10 for the SUPER EARLY BIRD registration price ($160).
Early bird registration ($180) runs through September 24.
Regular registration ($210) through Oct. 8.
Discounts are offered for sibling registrations and for invited friends (See the What is the cost? section of the FAQs for details).

How do I sign-up my student?

How will transportation work?
Students will meet at CCC on the Friday of the Fall Retreat. We will be taking buses to and from the retreat.
When do they need to be dropped off on Friday and picked up on Sunday?
Friday: 5:00PM; Sunday: 12:30PM
My student can only be there for part of the weekend - is that okay?
While we believe students will get the most out of this experience by being there the whole time, parents needing to pick up their kid early/drop them off later will be able to do so. However, please get in touch with Ryan ahead of time to let him know your plans.
What type of adult supervision will there be?
C3 Student Small Group leaders will be joining us for the Fall Retreat. That helps us have a ratio of about 1:5.
What’s the sleeping situation going to be like?
Males and females will sleep in separate cabins or lodges.
What do they need to pack?

Is financial assistance available?
If money is the only thing holding your student back from attending, please reach out to Ryan and we’ll come up with a creative solution.
Are there discounts for siblings and friends?
Yes! If you have more than one student from your household attending the Fall Retreat, you will save $25 off each student after the first.
If you invite a friend (THAT DOES NOT ATTEND CCC), you AND your friend will receive $15 off your registration.
