Event Details
High School Seniors at CCC are invited to the 2025 Service Trip to Northeast Tennessee.
Due to safety concerns in Mexico related to the current cartel climate, we have made an adjustment to our Senior Shift for this season and will now be serving in the United States. This allows us to continue providing a meaningful and impactful experience while prioritizing the safety of our students.
This year, we will be serving in Northeast Tennessee to support ongoing Hurricane Helene relief efforts. This trip is designed to help students see how they can make a difference, grow in their faith, and experience what God is doing beyond their everyday environment.
We will partner with local organizations and communities to serve those still recovering from the hurricane. Students will have the opportunity to learn sacrificial service, build meaningful relationships, and experience the power of showing up for others in tangible ways.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this trip still going to be impactful for my student?
Absolutely. Students will be serving communities directly impacted by Hurricane Helene, meeting real needs and seeing the difference they can make firsthand. This trip is designed with the same spiritual intentionality as previous trips and will challenge students to grow in their faith and perspective.
What kinds of service projects will students be doing? Are they safe?
Projects may include river maintenance, home construction and repair, painting, decorating, and general cleanup. All work will be age-appropriate and supervised by experienced leaders and local partners to ensure student safety.
Who is supervising the students?
Students will be led by trusted CCC staff and adult leaders. We maintain a strong leader-to-student ratio and provide clear structure and oversight throughout the entire trip.
Where will students stay? Is it safe?
Students will stay in gender-specific dorms on the campus of Milligan University. This provides a safe, secure, and structured environment for lodging.

The $450 cost includes transportation, lodging at Milligan University, all meals, and all service project supplies.
What will the daily schedule look like?
Each day will include a mix of service projects, group meals, spiritual growth opportunities (such as devotions and group discussions), and some time to enjoy the natural beauty of Northeast Tennessee.
